Here is my business operation
criteria:
1) A home-based
internet business where anyone, anywhere in the world can do it and be
successful -- and it grows & expands on its own.
2) A healthy business
environment that is driven by the field marketing leaders.
The company wins & the field wins!)
3) It will be a
business operation where significant income can be made.
4) It must be have a
Virtual Product(s) and utilize Viral Marketing Techniques.
5) The business
operation will provide a terrain where mustangs and thoroughbreds can
run -- the company will be prepared and stay ahead of the field.
6) It will be a
"professionally strong business venture". It will not be (nor have
the
look of) a sleazy,
flashy and slovenly "mlm company". It will appeal to entrepreneurs,
business leaders and other quality conscience individuals around the
world.
And beyond all this it
must have a simple, step-by-step presentation system for prospects.
Why? Because the presentation must be easily duplicable for all
members!
And, based on my
experience, the best way to do this is through a web-based, step by
step presentation system that members can send prospects to. It would
include all the traditional areas by web page presentations great
copy, videos, audio, multimedia, pictures, and animation.
Most important of all,
this web site will address all concerns of the prospect:

Competition and Timing

(where has the company come from)
3 - Corporate Mission
Statement (include management vision & philosophy)
4 - Officers and Key
Management
5 - Financing
6 - Product(s)
7 - Compensation Plan
8 - Computer Operations
(for the product, for the home-office customer support and for the
Associate accessible by website - tracking, managing and group
motivating)
9 - Field Support
Systems (customer service, technical service, training,
presentations,
sales aids, management reports, conventions, full-service
communications,
Leaders Advisory Board, etc.)
10 - Business Long-Term
Goals -- The Future (new product/services paying
additional monthly
commissions, project where the company will be 3-years,
5-years, etc.)

Industry/Management Consulting Expertise & Legal Expertise
12 - SIMPLE Prospect
Presentation Process (must be duplicatable, simple, clear, complete,
compelling, and separate from the company's "corporate" website can be
online and also offline such as a CD-Rom).
Ideally, the company
will have already clearly defined each of these areas. If they
haven't, I have a team of
experts available who can clearly define these areas for the
company. And, quite frankly,
if they're not willing to pay the experts the money they
deserve, then I'll be on my way
looking for another company to do business with.
