DOUBLE your DOWNLINE this Summer!?

With just a few weeks before summer, you MUST decide right NOW where YOU and YOUR entire downline will be by the end of August.

Look at the SUMMER one of two ways:

1. A time when the majority of the part-timers take time off to vacation or spend more time with the kids. A time to relax. You can join them.

OR....

DO what LEADERS will do for the 90 days of SUMMER....

2. Take ADVANTAGE of playing the game without a normal DEFENSE against you. Can you imagine playing football without a defense? How many touchdowns would or could you make?

Ok, maybe that’s going a bit too far...

Maybe not.

Knowing that many networkers work less in the Summer, decide to work the hardest you ever have...GAIN more!

Your downline is looking at you right NOW. They are looking for a MINDSET to follow and share with their troops. YOU can make the SUMMER work in your favor by changing your attitude and creating a plan for you and your downline.

Here is a suggestive strategy....


1. COMMIT to a CHANGE in YOU!

Develop a new mindset this minute, this hour, today!

It only takes ONE second to decide where you will be just over 90 days from today.

*Identify your current activities, level and income*

*Stop fighting the system...start following it*

*Stop trying, start expecting*

Here is the bottom line with you.....

‘You must MOVE yourself before you can MOVE your downline. Period. End of story.’


2. COMMIT to an ACTIVITY ‘Explosion’!

We all know that activity is where it’s at. So YOU need to be completely honest with yourself...what have been your activities for the last 90 days? List them out and you will SEE more clearly than ever before where you’re at in your business.

*Double your recruiting efforts starting today*

If you are in a co-op....buy another slot.
If you ask for referrals...ask for more.
If you buy list leads...buy more.
If you hand out fliers...hand out more.
If you go to networking events...go to more.

CREATE a new game plan TODAY and commit to following this MAP until the Summer ends.


3. SET-UP an EMERGENCY meeting!

That’s right...‘emergency’ meeting because it sounds so important that your KEY players will not want to miss out. SAY nothing until your players are on the conference call or at the local coffee shop.


This is what you might say when you call...

‘John...hey this is Mike....listen, I need to know if you are available this Saturday at 1pm?

I need you to meet me at (location), we have an emergency meeting for (your team or company name).

Don’t worry it’s all good news and you will love it. I can’t explain it all now so I need to meet with everyone at once.’


At the meeting....open up by saying this....

“I really appreciate all of you coming here or tuning in to this conference call. I have made a HUGE decision.

It was tough but I know it’s the best thing for all us.

It was something I had to talk with my spouse about just to make sure (she/he) would support me.

I have decided to make a serious change.

In my mindset and my activity level with (company). I have decided to obtain (new level) by August 31st.

I need to know which one of you will achieve the next level to help me do this.

I want to EXPLODE all of our paychecks as a team TOGETHER. I see BIG things in all of us and WE will have (company) SEE who is the fastest growing organization....US!

We have an advantage....networkers who slow down during the summer leave more prospects for YOU and I. Let’s gain the EDGE by doing what most are not willing to do...work the hardest during the summer.

Are you with me?”


Now you have everyone’s ATTENTION, you proceed to help them duplicate what you have done so the energy is soaring throughout your downlines. People will sometimes work harder for others than themselves.


Be sure to do the following before you leave...

Make a plan...
Have a sense of urgency...
Commit to action...
